Clues for Your Hike
- Use the park entrance by the splash pad and park near the back corner of the parking area.
- Start near the large wooden structure with a sign that says “Cumberland Valley Rail Trail” where there is a yellow “No Bare Heads” sign and yellow textured walk on the ground.
- Take the path to your left toward Shippensburg University.
- Follow the path straight over the bridge.
- Carefully cross the parking area entrance and follow the path.
- Go under the bridge and continue following the path.
- Follow the path all the way until you see metal poles in the path with a gate and green sign that says “N Prince St.” The post can be found there.
- Turn around on the trail and completely retrace your steps all the way back to the wooden sign structure.
- Continue going straight on the path until you reach the sign area where you entered.
- Turn right and cross the yellow textured painting area on the ground.
