    Clues for Your Hike

    1. Start the trail at the bright yellow post beside the parking spaces – the stream is on your left.
    2. Follow the trail to the left and pass the big piles of gravel on the right.
    3. Pass the concrete pads and bench on the right – look down to find them.
    4. Take the bend to the left and look for the Orange Pollinator Habitat Project sign on the right.
    5. Walk to the wooden fencing – can you find the bluebird box? Hint – look at the fencing.
    6. Look at the stream on your left as you continue walking.
    7. Stop at the wooden fencing – can you find another bluebird box?
    8. Follow the trail to the right and carefully cross the gravel road and pay attention to any gravel trucks driving back and forth.
    9. As the trail bends to the left, follow the metal guard rail fencing.
    10. Walk past the chain link fence on your right – do you see the solar panels on the right?
    11. Keep following the trail in the same direction. Walk around the gravel circle and read the informational posts. The post is on the last informational post.
    12. Retrace your steps back to your vehicle.

    Did You Know?

    • While still small, the T-Rex's arms were over three feet long and may have been capable of bench pressing 400 pounds each.
    • Female T-Rex's outweighed the male by a few thousand pounds, maybe because they had to lay T-Rex sized eggs.
    • The T-Rex had a powerful bite, about 1,500 to 3,000 pounds per square inch, comparable to that of a modern alligator.
